What music for Ballroom?

Just curious to know what musice you guys use for ballroom? I am quite proud to say I like to use Glenn Miller. Anything by Glenn Miller!

i use everything! i choreographed a samba/swing to drum trip by rusted root once... anything works for me!

Well that is being creative!! Wonder if there is anything by Aerosmith I could use?

just try it! see wat happens and let me know! if you want you could do a swing to let the music do the talking... if you do lindy hop! and try combining different dances! its good stuff!!

I am deaf when it comes to music. LOL! So one might wonder how I occassionally dance. Well, I have to have a good lead, which my husband is.

We used to take ballroom dance classes when we lived in a city (we are in a small town now where there is no such thing offered here) and it was a lot of fun.

Anytime the club to which we belonged had big dances they would have a music play list on the tables and tell you which dance the music was for. that was awesome as since I was a beginner I would have spent 1/2 the song trying to figure out what I was supposed to be doing.

My ballroom club used whatever we could get our hands on! We definitely used some old-school stuff, but also used a lot of pop music (like Madonna).
