How awesome...Is dance as big in Italy as it is in US. I am 100% Italian, but my family really was not into dance.

My dance teacher loves to go and relax in Italy so she decided to host an arts filled art, playwriting and dance intensive.
Is dance big in Italy?..I don't know I live in western Canada.... Isn't dance big everywhere?

I would like to think so; that dance is big everywhere, but it seems that alot of countries have other things that they are more "known" for. Like when I think of Italy, I think of Opera. Ireland, I think of dance...and so on.
