A lot of us use dancing for excerise and toning, but we all have so much to do that we push it off. Who wants to join in a dance support group. Sometimes sharing with others what we do, how it makes us feel and ups and downs helps out. Besides it might be fun.

A dance support group would definitely help me a lot. I could definitely use the help, especially right now, when I have a lot of dance and non-dance things on my plate.
