i've been dancing since the age of 2. i quit for 2 years when i was 6 for soccer, but soon found out that i couldn't live w/o dance.

i like movies, dances ones of course. but movies that capture my attention and hold onto it, otherwise i'm done for. RENT is amazing. James and the Giant Peach <3

I do pretty much everything. Jazz, ballet, tap, hip hop, lyrical, pointe, acro, contemporary, modern.I can't say i've ever done irish dancing though hahaa

Oh heyyy!
My name is Kelly McGuire and I am 18 years old. I'm a senior in high school and about to graduate. I was accepted into FSU's dance program, which is very highly ranked for dance majors around the country, but i'm not sure i'm going to attend yet. I may stay locally in Orlando, get an agent, and go on auditions allll the time, as well as take classes all around. As for most of us on this website, dancing consumes my life. It's all I do, all I think about, all I focus on; basically life. I currently dance at Starz Studios in Cassleberry, Florida, where I take class everyday but Monday's and also teach company classes. I love competing, but just for the performance aspect of it, I don't really care about winning anymore. I loveeee performing, it's what I'm best at. I live to be on the stage, and once I get off, I want to be right back up there. I plan on moving to Los Angeles, California in a few years. It's been my dream for a while. The Edge is heaven to me. I like BDC in New York as well, but I fell in love with LA. I have a job on Royal Carribean Cruise lines, but haven't worked yet (still in school). It may be something I do, but I'm up for anything and I'm ready to get my professional career started. Feel free to comment me or message me because I love talking to other dancers; we just click ;)

I guess my favorite style of dance is lyrical, but I also loveee sexy dancing, like pussycat dolls, and christina aguilar, just freaking cute, sexy dancing. Not like trashy though. But lyrical lets me express everythinggggg. Mark Meismer is the most amazing choreography to me. Pam Bolling is also freaking amazing. Sooo many more as well.

I have always worked hard to get where I'm at. I've never just been handed anything in my dancing career. I put my everything into every class I take and I focus on myself while in class. I'd like to say my story ends up with a happy ending in la, but you never know, it's a toughhh industry, but i'm ready for it and i hope it all goes my way.

at 2 years old at showtime dance studios. from there i followed my teacher to starz where i've been for 8 years now. i started dancing because my mom used to dance, but i kept dancing because it's my everything.
